IT helpdesk
The IT Helpdesk office assists all stakeholder groups in all matters related to the e-school environment.
With regard to teaching staff, the IT Helpdesk does the following:
During teacher orientation at the start of the academic year, members of the IT Helpdesk instruct new staff about the school’s IT systems and how they must be used.
The IT Helpdesk also assists teachers with all issues regarding Google Workspace for Education. This is a platform that ASM teachers intensively started using at the beginning of the pandemic. Having experienced the benefits of the platform previously, teachers have continued using Google Classroom, Google Forms, Google Meet, and other Google Apps for class purposes.
The IT Helpdesk also maintains and updates the school website asm.edu.mk and we encourage all staff to regularly inform the IT Helpdesk of project work that takes place in their classes, so that the webpage can be updated with images and information about the classes that are conducted in the school.
The school also has a Facebook account and an Instagram profile. Both are also regularly updated by the IT Helpdesk and we actively encourage teachers who are Facebook/Instagram users to follow us.
