Guidance counselors
The school Guidance Counselors are key members of American School Macedonia staff who work with students, teachers, administrators and parents to improve the overall education process.
American School Macedonia guidance counselors work with elementary and high school students on immediate issues and future planning. Referral Forms are distributed by the Guidance Counselors to teachers who have raised concerns over a child’s work / behavior, etc. Referral Forms are then analyzed by the Guidance Counselors together with the teacher and appropriate steps are then taken to address the issue and to help the child.
