Staff committees
In order to ensure student success there exist within the school four (4) committees, each with different functions, but whose work fits perfectly together, to build a compendious picture of the school that can be used to understand our strengths, weaknesses and thereby offer ways in which to improve our work for the betterment of our students.
The four (4) committees meet formally to discuss their findings, usually at the end of the year, but this complements the amount of work these committees do on an informal basis, with committee members discussing their work with each other, their colleagues, parents, and students.
